Brad Ginder is a trial lawyer with 40 years of experience in state and federal courts, and handles litigation in a wide range of areas, including product liability, personal injury, construction, architectural and engineering disputes, commercial and real property disputes, employment law, trade secrets, business competition, government contracting and whistleblower actions.
