Brad Ginder is a trial lawyer with 40 years of experience in state and federal courts, and handles litigation in a wide range of areas, including product liability, personal injury, construction, architectural and engineering disputes, commercial and real property disputes, employment law, trade secrets, business competition, government contracting and whistleblower actions. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national organization of experienced jury trial lawyers.
With a long career trying a wide variety of cases before juries, judges and arbitrators, Mr. Ginder has successfully represented hundreds of individuals and business entities in litigation.
Mr. Ginder is a frequent speaker at professional education, law school and management programs. Topics of his oral and written presentations include product liability, jury selection, sexual harassment, selecting and examining expert witnesses, and employment law practices.
Mr. Ginder has also served on the boards of a number of professional and community organizations, including United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County, Santa Barbara Courthouse Legacy Foundation, California Coast Chapter of ABOTA, CAL-ABOTA and Santa Barbara County Bar Association.
