Members of our firm are committed to serving our profession and our community. Five members of the firm have served as President of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association. Susan McCollum served as President of the Santa Barbara Women Lawyers and was named 1999 Attorney of the Year. Our lawyers frequently appear as speakers for continuing education programs and seminars sponsored by the bar and other professional organizations.
Our lawyers also are active in community and charitable affairs. They have served as officers and directors of various community organizations such as the Santa Barbara Boys Clubs, the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce, the Trust for Historic Preservation and the Santa Barbara Nautical Museum. Several of us have been active in alumni organizations for our colleges and law schools.
