(1) 1994 - Settlement of $11 million with 400 insurance agents from around the United States who sold defective health insurance to employees of small businesses
(2) 1995 - Jury verdict of $2 million in New York Federal District
Court against an insurance agent who sold under funded health insurance to the employees of a small Orange County businessman
(3) 1997 - Settlement of $7 million from a major financial institution which had an employee who issued false financial statements to insurance regulators which delayed enforcement against a fraudulent insurer
(4) 1999 - Settlement for $900,000 with Bank of America for breach of a trust agreement set up to fund payment of claims for an insolvent insurer
