Brad Ginder is a trial lawyer with over 30 years of jury trial experience in state and federal courts in a wide range of legal areas, including employment law, personal injury, construction, architectural and engineering disputes, commercial and real property disputes, product liability, trade secrets, business competition, government contracting and whistleblower actions. In addition to an active trial practice, he uses his courtroom experience to counsel Hollister & Brace clients on how to avoid and resolve disputes.
Mr. Ginder is a frequent speaker at professional education and management programs. Topics of his oral and written presentations include jury selection, product liability, selecting and examining expert witnesses, sexual harassment employment record keeping and employment law practices.
With more than 20 jury trials and many court trials and arbitration proceedings, Mr. Ginder has represented contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers in construction disputes, brokers and landowners in a wide variety of real estate matters, injured persons in personal injury and professional negligence actions, employers and employees in employment disputes, partners, shareholders and entities in business organization and dissolution matters, businesses in trade secret and business competition disputes, property owners in condemnation and title disputes, and purchasers and sellers of real property and businesses.
Mr. Ginder has also served on the boards of a number of professional and community organizations, including United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County, Santa Barbara Courthouse Legacy Foundation and Santa Barbara County Bar Association. Mr. Ginder is an “AV”-rated attorney, the highest rating awarded by Martindale Hubbell, Inc.
