Marcus Bird is a litigator with nearly 20 years of legal experience. Mr. Bird is a member of all state and federal courts in California.
Although Mr. Bird has experience in a wide spectrum of litigation, including extensive business litigation, his practice is primarily focused on real estate litigation. Mr. Bird has litigation experience through trial and appeal.
Mr. Bird has served as President of the University Club of Santa Barbara, and has served on the boards of the Goleta Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Santa Barbara County Bar Association. He served as the section head for the Real Estate Land Use Practice Group of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association for five years starting in 1993.
