After clerking with Hollister & Brace for two summers during law school, Sarah Berkus joined the firm after graduation in May 2010, and became an Associate Attorney after taking the Attorneys’ Oath in November 2010.
Sarah was born and raised in Santa Barbara and comes from a family deeply involved in the community. Before attending law school, Sarah received her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Global Management from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. Sarah was a member of the prestigious Marshall Business Scholars and graduated in three years, with honors. While attending USC, Sarah spent a summer at the London School of Economics and Political Science studying Competitive Strategy and Game Theory and International Political Economy.
During law school, Sarah was a member and editor of the Denver Law Review. She was published in the Law Review's Tenth Circuit Survey issue for her article “En Banc Review in the Tenth and D.C. Circuits and United States v. Nacchio." Sarah also participated in the Student Law Office's Mediation and Arbitration Clinic.
As an Associate at Hollister & Brace, Ms. Berkus has primarily focused in family law but is also engaged in the litigation and class action groups.
